the projet : Atelier Mobleu.
The project was to open an ephemeral second-hand & vintage clothing boutique in the center of Porto for one year. I undertook all the necessary steps to open this project from A to Z, first on my own and then with partners. I started with the search for premises and then went on to design the interior architecture, branding and merchandising for the boutique. Atelier Mobleu (as a clothing boutique) was open from December 27, 2021 until JULLY 15, 2023. Thereafter, my partners took over to develop their own concept.
DURING THESE yearS, I upcycled my unsold items into unique pieces using the design methods I'd learned during my years at school. Naturally, I began by selling my own upcycling creations in my boutique, but following the enthusiasm of my customers and the number of sales I made, I decided AFTERWARDS to FOCUS on my upcycling brand BY GIVING A MASTERCLASS TO THE FASHION STUDENT OF THE FACULTY OF DESIGN FROM MANIPAL UNIVERSITY IN JAIPUR.
